摘  要:最近一年,全国多家数据中心发生了因BA系统故障造成整个数据中心制冷系统瘫痪,从而引发机房高温的事件。本文结合行业案例和专家经验,从硬件冗余、系统强化和应急操作3个方面制定水冷BA系统的升级改造方案。通过聚焦预警、抢修和节能等关键环节,打通一线运维、系统安全和AI节能的运营体系,赋能数据中心制冷系统效能安全,为其它数据中心BA系统运维提供参考。In the past year,many data centers across the country have paralyzed the entire data center refrigeration system due to BA system failure,resulting in high temperatures in the computer room.In order to improve the safety of the water-cooled system of the in-use data center,this article formulated an upgrade plan for the water-cooled BA system from three aspects:hardware redundancy,system enhancement and emergency operation,combined with industry cases and expert experience.By focusing on key links such as early warning,emergency repair,and energy saving,it opens up the front-line operation and maintenance,system security,and AI energy-saving operation system,empowers the efficiency and safety of data center refrigeration systems,and provides reference for BA system operation and maintenance in other data centers.
