摘 要:高校体育承载学生终身体育技能培育和意识强化的重任,各种教法的革新或改进意在赓续提高人才质量。传统教法重视讲解指导,主观评价干扰学生学习效果。鉴于此,根据镜像神经元系统学习原理,基于“表象训练”而构建了图像教法,从目标设定、过程实施、动态评价等方面验证方法的合理性。根据教学实验反馈,结合文献资料分析,发现“系统得以重识、记录过程客观、指令设定合理”实现了简化教学过程提质增效的显著效益。College physical education bears the heavy responsibility of cultivating students'lifelong sports skills and strengthening their awareness,and the reform or improvement of various teaching methods aims to continuously improve the quality of talents.Traditional teaching methods attach great importance to explanation and guidance,and subjective evaluation interferes with students'learning effectiveness.In view of this,according to the learning principle of the mirror neuron system,an image teaching method is constructed based on"imagery training",and the rationality of the method is verified from target setting,process implementation,dynamic evaluation and other aspects.According to the feedback of teaching experiments,combined with literature analysis,it is found that"the system can be recognized,the recording process is objective,and that the instruction setting is reasonable",which has achieved the significant benefits of simplifying the teaching process and improving quality and efficiency.
