摘　　要：在多元文化交互渗透和相互激荡下,公民道德建设出现文化失调等道德失范现象,严重影响到社会发展。要解决此类突出问题,需厘清文化与公民道德建设间的丰富内涵,考量文化在公民道德建设中的价值意蕴。通过“思政课堂”与“社会课堂”有机融合、建立健全社会治理体系、创新高校人才培养模式、筑牢网络空间道德建设,从而增强公民文化自信,提升公民道德自觉,实现中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化,推进中国式现代化又好又快发展。As a result of the interplay and mutual agitation of multiple cultures,moral disorders such as cultural dissonance have emerged in the construction of civic morality,seriously affecting social development.In order to solve such prominent problems,it is necessary to clarify the rich connotations between culture and civic morality,and to consider the value of culture in the construction of civic morality.Through the organic integration of“ideological and political classroom”and the“social classroom”,the establishment of a sound social governance system,the innovation of talents training mode in universities and the enhancement of cyberspace morality construction,the cultural confidence of citizens can be enhanced,civic moral consciousness can be raised and the creative transformation of the Chinese excellent traditional culture can be realized,so as to promote the modernization with Chinese style to develop smoothly and rapidly.
