发酵黄芪颗粒对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能和疫苗免疫效果的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究发酵黄芪对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、疫苗免疫效果的影响。将240只13日龄肉鸡随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,公母各半。试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在全价日粮中添加2%发酵黄芪颗粒、1%发酵黄芪颗粒、1%生药黄芪粉,空白对照组饲喂全价日粮,试验期为28 d。定期检测肉鸡生长性能指标、免疫功能指标和新城疫抗体效价。结果表明,14~28日龄、36~42日龄时,试验Ⅰ组平均日增重显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);29~42日龄时,试验Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);14~28日龄、36~42日龄时,试验Ⅰ组料重比显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05);22~42日龄时,试验Ⅱ组料重比显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组免疫器官指数在21日龄、28日龄均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),胸腺指数和脾脏指数在35日龄均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),脾脏指数在42日龄显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。此外,各试验组胸腺、脾脏组织切片观察未见异常。在4个时间点,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组均能不同程度地促进淋巴细胞增殖,提高血清HI抗体效价,且效果优于试验Ⅲ组。综上所述,在日粮中添加1%~2%发酵黄芪颗粒可提高肉鸡平均日增重,降低料重比,提高肉鸡的免疫功能,增强新城疫疫苗免疫效果,其功效优于生药黄芪。To investigate the effects of fermented Radix Astragali on growth performance,immune function and vaccine immunization of young broilers.A total of 24013-day-old broilers were randomly assigned to 4 groups,each with 3 replicates and 20 broilers,half male and half female.In the experiments,groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢreceived the complete diets supplemented with 2%fermented Radix Astragali granules,1%fermented Radix Astragali granules,and 1%raw Radix Astragali powder,respectively.The control group received the complete diets.The trial lasted 28 days.At 21,28,35 and 42 days of age,the growth performance,immune function and vaccine immunization were evaluated.The results showed as follows:at 14-28 days of age and 36-42 days of age,the average daily weight gain of the groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).At 29-42 days of age,the average daily weight gain of the groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).At 14-28 days of age and 36-42 days of age,the feed-gain ratio of the groupⅠwas significantly lower than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).At 22-42 days of age,the feed-gain ratio of the groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).At 21 and 28 days of age,the immune organ index of groupⅠwere significantly higher than that of the blank control group(P<0.05),the thymus index and spleen index of groupⅠwere significantly higher than that of the blank control group at 35 days of age(P<0.05),and the spleen index of groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of the blank control group at 42 days of age(P<0.05).In addition,tissue slice results of thymus and spleen in each group showed no abnormality.At four time points,the lymphocyte proliferation was promoted and the levels of HI antibody to Newcastle disease was increased in groupⅠand groupⅡ,and the effect was better than that of groupⅢ.In conclusion,adding 1%-2%fermented Radix Astragali granules to broiler diets can increase the average daily gain and decr
