摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC测定小儿抗痫胶囊中橙皮苷的含量的分析方法。方法:采用色谱柱为Thermo C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(18∶82)(磷酸调节pH至3)为流动相,等度洗脱;体积流量为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为284 nm;柱温:35℃,进样量为10μl。结果:橙皮苷在4.0480~80.9670μg/ml的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=1.00),平均回收率(n=6)为100.59%,RSD为1.19%。结论:该方法准确有效,重现性好,精密度高,完善了小儿抗痫胶囊的质量控制标准。Objective:To establish an analytical method for determininghesperidin in Xiaoerkangxian capsules by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic column was Thermo C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);acetonitrile-water(18∶82)(pH adjusted to 3 with phosphoric acid)was used as the mobile phase;flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and detection wavelength was 284 nm;column temperature was 35℃;injection volume was 10μl.Results:Hesperidin had an excellent linear relationship with peak area score when its sample size was within a range of 4.0480~80.9670μg/ml(r=1.00).The average recovery rate(n=6)was 100.59%,and the RSD was 1.19%.Conclusions:This method is accurate and effective,with good reproducibility and high precision,and it can serve as a basis for the quality control of Xiaoer Kangxian capsules.
