贝复舒滴眼液与常规疗法在白内障术后患者的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对比贝复舒滴眼液与常规疗法在白内障术后患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年12月在本院眼科确诊的80例白内障术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。其中对照组常规使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,1滴/次,1次/d,持续滴眼4周;观察组在玻璃酸钠滴眼液的基础上加入贝复舒滴眼液治疗,1滴/次,4次/d,持续滴眼4周。比较两组患者的治疗效果、眼表功能以及泪液中的炎性因子水平与氧化应激指标。结果:观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前眼表荧光素染色评分(FLS)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、丙二醛(MDA)与过氧化脂质(LPO)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后FLS评分、TNF-α、IL-6、MDA与LPO水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与总抗氧化能力(TAC)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后SIt、BUT、SOD与TAC水平均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液相比,联合使用贝复舒滴眼液治疗白内障术后患者能够提高疗效,改善眼表功能,且对减轻炎症反应与氧化应激反应的效果较好。Objective:To analyze and compare the application effect of Beifushu eye drops and conventional therapy in patients after cataract surgery.Methods:A total of 80 cataract postoperative patients diagnosed in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected as research objectsand divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)according to random number table methods.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,1 drop/time,once a day,for four weeks.The observation group was treated with Beifushu eye drops on the basis of sodium hyaluronate eye drops,1 drop/time,4 times a day,for four weeks.The therapeutic effect,ocular surface function,inflammatory factors,and oxidative stress indexes in tears were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in ocular surface fluorescein staining score(FLS),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),malondialdehyde(MDA),and lipid peroxide(LPO)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FLS score,TNF-α,IL-6,MDA,and LPO levels in both groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in basic tear secretion test(SIt),tear film rupture time(BUT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of SIt,BUT,SOD,and TAC in both groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the conventional use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the combined use of Beifusu eye drops in treating postoperative cataract patients can improve the curative effect,improve the ocular surface function,and reduce inflammation and oxidative stress response.
