摘　　要：骨免疫是调节骨代谢的重要途径,参与骨质疏松症的发病过程。中医药防治骨质疏松症独具优势,白藜芦醇、淫羊藿苷、佛手苷和小檗碱等10余种中药单体能够通过干预OPG/RANK/RANKL系统及其下游信号通路,抑制破骨细胞分化和形成,从而发挥抗骨质疏松症的作用。但目前对于OPG/RANK/RANKL系统以及中药单体干预的研究存在的局限性,如中药单体抗骨质疏松症的机制尚未明确,中药单体在骨与免疫系统“对话”中的作用不够突出,缺乏中药单体干预骨质疏松症的其他信号通路或途径研究,以外泌体为载体搭载中药有效活性成分靶向治疗骨质疏松症可作为未来研究的方向,以期为骨质疏松症的机制研究和中医药的临床运用及新药研发提供参考依据和新的思路。Bone immunity is an important pathway regulating bone metabolism,involved in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.With the deepening of social aging,traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.This study reviews the research progress of osteoimmune mechanisms,including osteoprotegerin(OPG)/NF-κB receptor activator(RANK)/NF-κB receptor activator ligand(RANKL)system,immune cells,and related immune factors in osteoporosis.It summarizes the research status of more than ten traditional Chinese medicine monomers such as resveratrol,icariin,berberine,and palmatine in regulating bone immune pathways for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.The study discusses the limitations of current research on osteoimmune mechanisms and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine monomers,such as the lack of research on the"dialogue"between the skeletal system and the immune system,aiming to provide a reference and new ideas for the mechanism research of osteoporosis and the application of traditional Chinese medicine.
