基于伏痰理论探讨淀粉样变心肌病的论治

摘　　要：淀粉样变心肌病是一种预后不良的罕见疾病。现基于伏痰理论探讨淀粉样变心肌病的论治,根据伏痰的源流、概念、病理特点,进一步梳理并总结了伏痰隐匿性、伏发性、广泛性等特点与淀粉样变侵袭全身多系统等特征的关联,认为伏痰与淀粉样变联系密切。淀粉样变心肌病的主要病机是伏痰阻滞心脉,阻滞心脉之伏痰分为寒痰、热痰。试从五脏理论分析随五脏之性治疗伏痰,通过养心、补肾、健脾、疏肝、肃肺之法体现出中医学论治该病的整体观念。Amyloid cardiomyopathy is a rare disease with poor prognosis.This article discusses the treatment of amyloidosis cardiomyopathy based on the latent phlegm theory.Based on the origin,concept and pathological characteristics of latent phlegm,this article further summarizes the relationship between latent phlegm and amyloidosis,and believes that the two are closely related.Subsequently,this article suggests that the main pathogenesis of amyloidosis cardiomyopathy is latent phlegm blocking heart vessel.The latent phlegm that blocks the heart vessel can be divided into cold phlegm and hot phlegm.Finally,for the treatment of this disease,this article attempts to analyze the theory of the five internal organs to treat latent phlegm according to its nature characteristics.Through the methods of nourishing the heart,tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen,soothing the liver,and clearing the lungs,the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine treatment is reflected.
