名中医方显明从少阳论治高血压病经验

摘　　要：高血压病是最常见的心血管疾病之一,方显明认为传统治疗多从滋肾阴、补气血、潜肝阳、平肝风、化痰浊、祛瘀血立论。《素问·六节藏象论》有“凡十一脏,取决于胆也”的论述,此观点历代医家看法不一,如金元时期李东垣在《脾胃论》中指出“胆者,少阳春生之气,春气升则万化安,故胆气春升,则余脏从之”。明末医家张景岳认为:“五藏者,藏精气而不泻……故居少阳为半表半里之经,亦曰中正之官,又曰奇恒之腑,所以能通达阴阳,而十一脏皆取乎此也”。据此,方教授提出从少阳论治高血压病的学术观点,以清火息风、和胃降逆、和解少阳之法治疗高血压病,疗效堪称满意。现结合典型验案介绍方显明教授从少阳论治高血压病的病机与辨证,以期与同道分享。Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases.Professor Fang believes that the traditional treatment mainly focuses on nourishing kidney Yin,tonifying qi and blood,promoting liver Yang,leveling liver wind,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis.There is a statement that“all the eleven zang organs depend on the gallbladder”in the Six Sections of Plain Questions.This view was different among doctors of past dynasties.For example,Li Dongyuan pointed out in the Spleen and Stomach Theory in the Jin-Yuan period that“the gallbladder has less Yang and spring to produce qi,and the spring qi rises,so the gallbladder rises in spring,and the remaining zang follows it”.Zhang Jingyue,a doctor at the end of the Ming dynasty,said,“Those who have the five reserves their essence without reducing it,former residence Shaoyang is half of the surface and half of the classics,also called Zhongzheng official,also called the constant bow-organs,so it can reach Yin and Yang,and eleven zang are taken this also”.According to this,professor Fang puts forward the academic view of treating hypertension from Shaoyang.The treatment of hypertension is satisfactory by clearing the fire and extinguishing the wind,reducing the inverse of the stomach,and mediating Shaoyang.In this paper,professor Fang Xianming’s pathogenesis and treatment of hypertension from Shaoyang were introduced based on a typical experimental case,in order to share with colleagues.
