名中医于志强临床运用子类药经验

摘　　要：子类药具有内实质重的特点,成熟后落地入土,在治疗上有向内、向下的作用趋势,故能走里利尿、泄下逐水、降气化痰、清肝降压;种子与果实作为植物的繁殖器官,具有生发之气,静而不守,有助于孕育之胎长养,且集植物精华,类似人类之精具有繁殖意义;种子与果实多生于植物高位,具有通过枝干汲取周身之营养精华能力,因此子类药之于人体具有明目功效。于志强教授临证重视中药性味归经及升降浮沉特性,运用取象比类思维总结用药规律,擅长运用子类药,取其内实质重,沉降下行及多生高位,静而不守,集植物之精华,生发内蕴特性,抓住精髓,广泛应用于石淋、顽痰哮喘、肝硬化腹水、高血压、男性不育、甲亢后遗症突眼症等内科杂病。文章通过对于志强教授运用子类药经验进行整理,为内科杂病诊治带来新思路。Chinese medicine of seeds or fruits have the characteristics of internal substance,which lead to inward and downward effects,so they can diuretic,drain water,reduce phlegm and reduce qi,clear liver and reduce blood pressure.As reproductive organs of plants,seeds and fruits have the capacity of governing growth,static but not keep,and raise plant essence and have reproductive significance,thus they are beneficial to the human body.Yu Zhiqiang professor witness attaches great importance to four nature,five flavours,ascending-descending-floating-sinking and channel tropism of Chinese medicine,using image analogy summarizes medication,being good at using Chinese medicine of seeds or fruits.Professor Yu takes its internal substance heavy,subsidence downward and more high,static but not keep,collection of the essence of plants,germinal intrinsic characteristics,seize the essence,widely used in stony strangury,phlegm asthma,cirrhosis ascites,hypertension,male infertility,hyperthyroidism sequelae syndrome,and many other diseases.By organizing professor Yu Zhiqiang’s experience in using Chinese medicine of seeds or fruits,this article brings new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine.
