摘　　要：“三线一单”是指生态保护红线、环境质量底线、资源利用上线和生态环境准入清单,有助于推进生态环境保护,强化国土空间环境管控,实现经济高质量发展。本文以宁夏“十四五”矿产资源总体规划的环境影响评价为例,分析“三线一单”成果在矿产资源规划环评中的应用路径,从而促进“三线一单”成果与规划环评的联动及“三线一单”成果的落地应用。The“three lines and one order”refers to the ecological protection red line,environmental quality bottom line,resource utilization upper line,and ecological environment access list,which helps to promote ecological environment protection,strengthen environmental control of land space,and achieve high-quality economic development.Taking the environmental impact assessment of the overall plan for mineral resources in Ningxia during the 14th Five-Year Plan period as an example,this paper analyzes the application path of the“three lines and one order”achievements in the environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning,in order to promote the linkage between the“three lines and one order”achievements and the planning environmental impact assessment,as well as the implementation and application of the“three lines and one order”achievements.
