摘 要:目的了解宜宾市养殖场猪圆环病毒(PCV)3型的基因组特征和遗传变异规律。方法本试验利用PCR方法从患有呼吸困难仔猪中鉴定出一株PCV3,命名为SC-YB2212。经过PCR方法扩增衣壳蛋白序列,对测序结果拼接并进行系统进化树分析。结果SC-YB2212与国内株PCV3序列同源性为97%~97.9%。遗传进化分析发现SC-YB2212与河北株MF318449和广西株MG650174和云南株MG650176属于同一分支,与西班牙株MH579746和美国株MK496280亲缘关系较近,与四川株MZ449244和重庆株KY075992亲缘关系较远。结论本研究为深入了解PCV3的感染及其毒株的分子特征和遗传变异,为PCV3的致病性研究和防控提供参考。Objective To understand the genomic characteristics and genetic variation of porcine circovirus(PCV)type 3 in Yibin farms.Methods In this study,one PCV3 strain was identified by PCR from piglets with dyspnea and named SC-YB2212.The capsid protein sequence was amplified by PCR,and the sequencing results were spliced and analyzed by phylogenetic tree.Results The results showed that the homology between SC-YB2212 and PCV3 was 94.9%-97.9%.Genetic analysis showed that SC-YB2212 belonged to the same cladistic strain as MF318449 in Hebei,MG650174 in Guangxi and MG650176 in Yunnan,and was closely related to MH579746 in Spain and MK496280 in the United States.It is distant related to Sichuan strain MZ449244 and Chongqing strain KY075992.Conclusion In this study,the molecular characteristics and genetic variation of PCV3 infection and its strains were deeply understood,and the research and control of PCV3 pathogenicity were provided as a reference.
