摘  要:中国每年产生的各种冶金废渣数以亿吨计,若不能妥当处理则会产生大量的资源浪费以及环境污染等问题。道路工程已成为冶金废渣的重要应用场合,本文针对冶金废渣中最常见的钢渣、脱硫灰以及新近出现的锂渣,通过室内试验对其在道路工程中应用的可行性进行了研究。采用AC-13和SMA-13两种常用级配进行钢渣沥青混合料的设计制备,并测试其路用性能,试验结果表明钢渣沥青混合料的高温稳定性、抗磨耗和抗滑性能均优于全玄武岩集料沥青混合料,同时试验发现钢厂采用的钢渣热闷工艺可以促进f-CaO的消解以减小钢渣膨胀;将脱硫灰与石灰稳定土复配,发现当脱硫灰掺量在5%~10%时,石灰稳定土强度提高20%~50%,表明脱硫灰在石灰稳定土基层具有良好应用前景;对近年来新出现的锂渣的基本性能进行了试验研究,采用NaOH对锂渣进行碱激发,试验结果表明锂渣具有潜在活性,可将锂渣用作道路路基、底基层等工程。China annually generates hundreds of millions of tons of metallurgical slag.Improper han⁃dling of this slag can result in significant resource wastage,environmental pollution,and other related issues.Highway engineering has emerged as a crucial field for the application of metallurgical slag.This study focuses on investigating the potential application of common steel slag,desulfurization ash,and the newly emerged lithium slag in highway engineering through laboratory testing.The two grades commonly used,AC-13 and SMA-13,are utilized for the formulation and preparation of steel slag as⁃phalt mixture to assess its performance on roads.Test findings indicate that the high-temperature stabil⁃ity,abrasion resistance,and skid resistance of the steel slag asphalt mixture surpass those of the full ba⁃salt aggregate asphalt mixture.Additionally,it has been discovered that the hot smothering process em⁃ployed by steel mills can enhance the dissolution of f-CaO,thereby reducing the expansion of steel slag.The study conducted a performance test by blending desulfurization ash with lime-stabilized soil.It was observed that the strength of lime-stabilized soil increased by 20%to 50%when the desulfuriza⁃tion ash dosage was between 5%and 10%.This suggests that desulfurization ash holds promising prospects for application in lime-stabilized soil base.Furthermore,the research experimentally investi⁃gated the fundamental properties of lithium slag,a recent emergence.NaOH was utilized in the test to stimulate the alkaline properties of lithium slag.The findings demonstrated the potential activity of lithium slag,making it suitable for use in pavement base,subbase,and similar projects.
