天麻素药理活性及新制剂的研究进展

摘　　要：天麻素是一种具有多种药理活性的酚苷类化合物,也是中药天麻的主要活性成分。天麻素具有保护神经细胞、镇痛抗炎、调节代谢、抑制血小板聚集等药理活性,且不良反应少,临床应用十分广泛。目前已开发的天麻素化学及生物合成工艺为天麻素的应用奠定了良好的基础。天麻素已有剂型及相关专利种类繁多,但目前已上市剂型以片剂、胶囊剂、注射剂等少数几种为主,更多剂型的开发及专利的有效转化仍是有待深入研究的课题。该文结合药理作用对天麻素新制剂进行归纳总结,为天麻素新剂型的开发提供新思路。Gastrodin,a phenolic glycoside compound with a variety of pharmacological activities,is the main active component of gastrodia elata.Gastrodin has various pharmacological effects such as protection of nerve cells,analgesia,anti-inflammatory,regulation of metabolism,and inhibition of platelet aggregation,so it is widely used in clinical practice with few side effects.Currently,the chemical and biosynthetic processes of gastrodin have been developed,laying a good foundation for the application of gastrodin.Although there are various dosage forms and patents related to gastrodin,only a few dosage forms have been listed,including tablets,capsules,and injections.The development of more formulations and the effective transformation of patents still need to be further studied.This paper summarizes the new preparation of gastrodin combined with pharmacological action,and provides a new idea for the development of new preparation of gastrodin.
