摘　　要：目的建立妇康宝口服液中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法采用ACE Excel 5 C18-AR色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相,测定波长为233 nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果芍药内酯苷和芍药苷进样量分别在0.0252~0.5049μg(r=1.0000)和0.0480~0.9602μg(r=1.0000)范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=6)分别为103.66%和99.31%,RSD分别为0.72%和1.21%。结论该方法简单,重现性好,可以应用于妇康宝口服液中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of albiflorin and paeoniflorin in fukangbao oral liquid.Methods The ACE Excel 5 C18-AR(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(13∶87),the detection wavelength was 233 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was at 30℃.Results The linear range of albiflorin and paeoniflorin were 0.0252-0.5049μg(r=1.0000)and 0.0480-0.9602μg(r=1.0000)respectively.The average recoveries(n=6)were 103.66%(RSD=0.72%)and 99.31%(RSD=1.21%)respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and repeatable,can be used for the contents determination of albiflorin and paeoniflorin in fukangbao oral liquid.
