摘　　要：目的观察灯盏花素注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月宜春市中医院收治的73例ACI患者,依双盲法分成观察组(36例)、对照组(37例)。对照组行西医常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组联用灯盏花素注射液治疗。对比两组临床疗效,血清氨基端前脑钠素(NT-proBNP)水平,神经功能[神经功能缺损量表(NHISS)],血液流变学指标[血浆黏度(PV)、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平]。结果与对照组比,观察组临床总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NHISS评分均下降,且与对照组比,观察组NHISS评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清NT-proBNP水平均下降,且与对照组比,观察组血清NT-proBNP水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Fib、全血低切黏度、PV、全血高切黏度均下降,且与对照组比,观察组血液流变学指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素注射液治疗ACI效果确切,可调节血清NT-proBNP水平,改善患者神经功能及血液流变学。Objective To investigate the effect of breviscapine injection on acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 73 patients with ACI treated in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(37 cases)according to double-blind method.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,on the basis of which,the observation group was treated with breviscapine injection.The clinical efficacy,serum NT-proBNP level,neurological function[Neurological Deficit Scale(NHISS)]and hemorheology indexes[plasma viscosity(PV),whole blood low tangential viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity,fibrinogen(Fib)level]of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);NHISS score of both groups decreased,and NHISS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of serum NT-proBNP in both groups decreased,and the level of serum NT-proBNP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Fib,whole blood low tangential viscosity,PV and whole blood high tangential viscosity all decreased in both groups,and the hemorheology indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Breviscapine injection can regulate the level of serum NT-proBNP and improve the neurological function and hemorheology of patients with ACI.
