核黄素磷酸钠联合金银花口服液对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿恢复进程及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探究核黄素磷酸钠联合金银花口服液对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿恢复进程及炎症因子的影响。方法选择2020年4月至2022年9月安福县人民医院收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿78例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各39例。两组患儿均予以常规治疗,对照组给予核黄素磷酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合金银花口服液治疗。比较两组患儿临床效果、炎症因子水平、症状缓解及住院时间和药物安全性。结果观察组治疗后总有效率94.87%高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白(SAA)、白细胞(WBC)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、流涎消失时间、疱疹溃疡消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患儿不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在疱疹性咽峡炎患儿中采用核黄素磷酸钠联合金银花口服液治疗,能够有效提高临床疗效,促进临床症状缓解及患儿康复,降低血清炎症因子含量,缩短住院时间,用药安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of riboflavin sodium phosphate combined with honeysuckle oral liquid on the recovery process and inflammatory factors in children with herpangina.Methods 78 children with herpangina treated in Anfu County People's Hospital from April 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,the control group was given riboflavin sodium phosphate treatment,and the observation group was given honeysuckle oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,levels of inflammatory factors,symptom remission,length of hospital stay and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.87%)was higher than that of the control group(79.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid protein(SAA)and white blood cell(WBC)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of fever,salivation,herpes ulcer and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of riboflavin sodium phosphate combined with honeysuckle oral liquid in the treatment of herpangina in children can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,promote the remission of clinical symptoms and rehabilitation of children,reduce the content of serum inflammatory factors,shorten the length of hospital stay,and medication safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
