摘 要:为研究下三横山岛养殖海域海-气界面CO_(2)交换通量及影响因素,从2020年7月开始,在该海域开展为期一年(4次)的监测和分析,主要剖析其温度、盐度、pH、总碱度(TA)及水体中溶解无机碳(DIC)、溶解有机碳(DOC)、颗粒有机碳(POC)分布差异,估算下三横山岛养殖海域表层海水CO_(2)分压(pCO_(2))及海-气界面CO_(2)通量(FCO_(2))值,并分析pCO_(2)的影响因素,探讨下三横山岛该养殖海域海-气界面CO_(2)交换通量。结果表明,下三横山岛海域表层海水4个季节的温度、盐度、pH、TA、DIC、DOC、POC的分布在季节上差异极显著(P<0.01)。下三横山岛海域pCO_(2)全年的变化范围为29.93~836.80μatm,FCO_(2)值的变化范围为-45.67~216.50 mmol·(m^(2)·d)^(-1)。pCO_(2)与FCO_(2)值四季变化显著(P<0.05),全年碳分布格局有较大差异,其中,仅春季为碳汇,碳汇强度为(-32.79±3.73)mmol·(m^(2)·d)^(-1),夏、秋、冬季皆为碳源,碳源强度分别为(14.74±33.35)mmol·(m^(2)·d)^(-1)、(18.39±6.63)mmol·(m^(2)·d)^(-1)、(50.34±9.27)mmol·(m^(2)·d)^(-1),其中,春、夏、秋季FCO_(2)最低值均出现在鱼类养殖区,最高值出现在贻贝养殖区。养殖区内的生物活动是影响下三横山岛海域表层海水pCO_(2)的重要因素。研究结果为下三横山岛多营养层级综合养殖的碳汇研究提供了前期数据及理论参考。In order to study the carbon flux and influencing factors in the aquaculture area of Xiasanhengshan Island,one-year monitoring and analysis was carried out from July 2020.The temperature,salinity,pH,total alkalinity(TA)and distribution differences of dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC)and particulate organic carbon(POC)in the water were mainly analyzed,the partial pressure of CO_(2)(pCO_(2))in the surface seawater and the flux value of CO_(2)(FCO_(2))at the sea-air interface in the aquaculture area of Xiasanhengshan Island were estimated,and the influencing factors of pCO_(2) were analyzed to explore the carbon sequestration capacity in the aquaculture area of Xiasanhengshan Island.In this study,field monitoring was performed on the sea area in summer(July),autumn(October),winter(January 2021)and spring(May 2021),and temperature,salinity,pH and surface water sample(0.5 m below the water surface)were collected.Water samples were collected and transported to the laboratory at 4℃ under dark conditions,and TA was measured by pH method.The water samples used for the determination of DIC,DOC and POC were filtered on site and the membrane was stored at -20℃.At the same time,the filtered water sample was stored in a brown glass bottle(preignition at 450℃ for 6 h),fixed in 0.02% saturated HgCl_2 solution,and stored at 4℃.DIC and DOC were determined by TOC-L.Carbon flux was estimated.After field and analytical data were obtained,data were pre-processed using Microsoft Excel software.Two-way ANOVA analysis and linear analysis were performed using Prism 8.0 software.The station map,concentration map and distribution map of pCO_(2) and FCO_(2) were all drawn using Surfer16.0 software.The results showed that the distributions of temperature,salinity,pH,TA,DIC,DOC,and POC in the surface seawater of Xiasanhengshan Island were significantly different in four seasons(P<0.01).The annual variation range of pCO_(2) was 29.93-836.8μatm,and the variation range of FCO_(2) value was from-45.67 to-216.5
