摘 要:推进新疆高校思政教育队伍协同育人形成合力,建立协同育人机制是当前新疆高校思想政治教育面临的重大战略任务。新疆高校思政教育队伍协同育人机制建设不仅关系到自治区内各所高校自身的发展,并且对促进新疆社会稳定和长治久安,推动经济社会发展进步都有着重要的现实意义。本文以新疆五所高校为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈分析当前新疆高校思政教育队伍协同育人存在问题并探究成因,提出推动新疆高校思政教育队伍协同育人的路径,旨在切实调动各育人主体的积极性,形成协同育人机制,为新时代提高新疆高校思想政治教育水平提供具有较强针对性和可操作性的理论支撑和决策依据。It is a major strategic task for ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities to promote the cooperation of ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang and establish the mechanism of cooperative education.The mechanism construction of ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang is not only related to the development of colleges and universities in the autonomous region,but also has important practical significance for promoting social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang and promoting economic and social development and progress.Taking five colleges and universities in Xinjiang as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the collaborative education of ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang colleges and universities through questionnaire survey and interview,explores the causes,and proposes the path to promote the collaborative education of ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang colleges and universities,aiming at effectively mobilizing the enthusiasm of all educational subjects and forming a collaborative education mechanism.To improve the level of ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities in the new era to provide a strong pertinence and operational theoretical support and decision-making basis.
