摘 要:冷季型牧草鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)在生长过程中会受到各种逆境胁迫的影响。bZIP转录因子参与多种生物学过程,尤其在植物抵御生物和非生物胁迫过程中发挥关键作用。本研究利用生物信息学和实时荧光定量(qRTPCR)的方法,对鸭茅bZIP基因家族进行全基因组鉴定和分析并探究其表达模式。共鉴定出103个DgbZIP基因并将其划分为11个亚家族。对于同一亚族内成员而言,它们的保守序列和基因结构具有一定的相似性,并预测到许多与胁迫密切联系的顺式作用元件。研究结果表明,在热和干旱胁迫处理后A、C、S亚族成员较强烈地响应胁迫并参与表达调控。本研究为进一步揭示鸭茅bZIP基因响应逆境胁迫的分子机制提供了参考。As a cool-season forage grass,orchardgrass(Dactylis glomerata)can be affected by various abiotic stresses during its growth.The bZIP transcription factor is involved in multiple biological processes,playing a critical role in resisting to biotic and abiotic stresses.In this study,genome-wide identification and analysis of DgbZIP gene family was performed and its expression profile was explored using bioinformatics and quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)methods.A total of 103 DgbZIP genes were identified and classified into 11 subfamilies.In addition,members of the same subfamily share similar conserved motif and gene structure,and cis-acting elements closely related to stress were predicted.The results showed that members of the A,C,and S subfamilies responded strongly to drought and heat stresses and were involved in expression regulation.The results of this study provide a reference to further examine the molecular mechanisms of the DgbZIP gene response to adverse stresses.
