摘　　要：当前,我国工艺品溯源不清、市场需求少、从业人员少、产品推广力不足等原因,使得产品的确权、流转和交易渠道没有形成规模和体系。基于此,文章以黑龙江流域少数民族文化手工艺品为例,提出了将区块链技术应用于少数民族文化手工艺品推广平台的架构思路,以期拯救和弘扬民族传统文化,促进少数民族手工艺品的传承、保护与价值挖掘,为黑龙江流域少数民族文化手工艺品的数字化资产的价值构建提供参考。Currently,due to unclear traceability,low market demand,few employees,and insufficient product promotion,handicrafts in China have not formed a scale and system in products’confirmation of ownership,circulation and trading channels.Based on this,the article takes the cultural handicrafts of ethnic minorities in the Heilongjiang Basin as an example and proposes the framework of applying blockchain technology to the promotion platform of ethnic cultural handicrafts,in order to save and carry forward ethnic traditional culture,promote the inheritance,protection,and value mining of ethnic handicrafts,and provide reference for the value construction of digital assets of ethnic cultural handicrafts in the Heilongjiang Basin.
