摘 要:通过对熔炼的Fe_(2)Cr_(1-x)MnxGa样品在不同温度下进行热处理来研究其对合金结构、磁性的影响。结果发现Fe_(2)Cr_(1-x)MnxGa的结构和磁性对热处理非常敏感,且存在一定程度的无序,制备的样品结构随不同条件的热处理发生变化,而结构的变化会进而影响合金的磁性行为。磁化强度会随着退火温度的增加而增加,说明通过热处理,样品的有序度得到提高。而随着Mn含量的掺杂,样品的磁化强度在降低,是由于掺杂的Mn原子使得Fe-Mn自旋磁矩反平行排列造成的。In this paper,the effect of heat treatment on the structure and magnetic properties of the alloy is investigated by heat treating the melted Fe_(2)Cr_(1-x) Mn x Ga samples at different temperatures.It is found that the structure and magnetic properties of Fe2Cr_(1-x) Mn x Ga are very sensitive to heat treatment and there is a certain degree of disorder.The structure of the prepared samples changes with different conditions of heat treatment,and the change in structure will in turn affect the magnetic behavior of the alloy.The magnetization intensity increases with increasing annealing temperature,indicating that the orderliness of the samples is improved by heat treatment.The magnetization intensity of the samples decreases with the doping of Mn content,which is due to the anti-parallel arrangement of the Fe-Mn spin magnetic moments by the doped Mn atoms.
