摘  要:借助有限元模拟仿真讨论TiB_(2)对Al-Si-Cu系合金疲劳性能的影响规律,验证增强体空间构型分布解决颗粒增强金属基复合材料强韧性倒置问题可行性,有效提升试验效率。将TiB_(2)颗粒不同含量以及分布特征,通过构型设计方法引入Al-Si-Cu合金材料二维几何模型中,借助计算机有限元模拟技术,探讨疲劳工况条件下TiB_(2)颗粒对铝基复合材料应力幅值和疲劳极限分布的影响规律。结果表明,随着TiB_(2)颗粒含量的增加,应力幅值先减小后增大。在质量分数为3%时达到最小值,相较于不添加降低12%。疲劳极限呈现出逐渐增高的趋势,在质量分数为5%时达到最大值,同比提高55.9%。随着TiB_(2)团聚程度的增加,应力幅值总体呈现增高趋势。疲劳极限呈现逐渐降低的趋势。结合疲劳应力幅值模拟结果和疲劳极限模拟结果,推测当TiB_(2)颗粒含量质量分数在3%时,该材料的强度、韧性、疲劳强度、抗拉强度、屈服强度达到最优状态。此结果为TiB_(2)颗粒增强铝基复合材料的设计提供了一定的技术支持。The influence of TiB_(2) on the fatigue properties of Al-Si-Cu series alloys was discussed with the help of finite element simulation,and the feasibility of the spatial configuration distribution of the reinforcement to solve the problem of inversion of the strength and toughness of the particle reinforced metal matrix composites was verified,and the test efficiency was effectively improved.In this paper,the different content and distribution characteristics of TiB_(2) particles are introduced into the two-dimensional geometric model of Al-Si-Cu alloy materials through configuration design methods,and the influence of TiB_(2) particles on the stress amplitude and fatigue limit distribution of aluminum matrix composites under fatigue conditions is discussed with the help of computer finite element simulation technology.The results show that with the increase of TiB_(2) particle content,the stress amplitude first decreases and then increases.The minimum value at a particle content of 3%is reduced by 12%compared to no addition.The fatigue limit showed a trend of gradual increase,reaching a maximum at 5%TiB_(2) content,an increase of 55.9%year-on-year.With the increase of TiB_(2) agglomeration,the stress amplitude showed an overall trend of increase.The fatigue limit shows a trend of gradual reduction.Combined with the simulation results of fatigue stress amplitude and fatigue limit simulation,it is estimated that when the TiB_(2) particle content is 3%,the strength,toughness,fatigue strength,tensile strength and yield strength of the material reach the optimal state.This result provides some technical support for the design of TiB_(2) particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites.
