摘  要:为了验证螺旋断层放射治疗(TOMO)机房的辐射防护设计方案的可靠性,根据相关规范计算螺旋断层放射治疗(TOMO)机房屏蔽体的理论计算结果,将辐射防护方案TOMO机房各侧屏蔽体设计厚度和机房屏蔽体的理论计算厚度进行比较。结果表明,运用该规范核算螺旋断层放射治疗(TOMO)机房各屏蔽体厚度的结果是可靠的,取值是合理的,机房屏蔽体理论计算厚度小于机房屏蔽体设计厚度,辐射防护设计方案的屏蔽效果满足国家现行标准的要求。In order to verify the reliability of the radiation protection design scheme for the spiral tomotherapy(TOMO)machineroom,calculates the theoretical calculation results of the shielding body of the TOMO machine room according to relevant specifications,and compares the design thickness of the shielding body on each side of the TOMO machine room with the theoretical calculation thickness of the shielding body of the machine room.The results indicate that the calculation of the thickness of each shielding body in the spiral tomotherapy(TOMO)room using this specification is reliable and the values are reasonable.The theoretical calculated thickness of the shielding body in the room is less than the design thickness of the shielding body in the room,and the shielding effect of the radiation protection design scheme meets the requirements of current national standards.
