摘  要:针对永州公司2号机组制粉系统热风调节门频繁异常开大的现象进行分析,通过计算磨煤机出口风粉流速的变化导致的一次风量折算值改变,并与实际一次风量进行对比,推导出磨煤机出口风粉流速测点发生跳变现象时将对磨煤机入口一次风量折算值产生较大影响,并以此提出合理建议,防止磨煤机运行过程中,由于风量测算不准导致热一次风调节门异常开大现象发生,进而导致磨煤机出口温度高跳闸的异常事故发生。对近期新型一次风量测量改造装置及优化方式进行了研究,这将有利于未来机组的安全稳定运行。An analysis is conducted on the frequent abnormal opening of the hot air regulating valve in the pulverizing system of Unit 2 of Yongzhou Company.By calculating the change in the outlet air and powderflow rate of the coal mill,the converted value of the primary air volume is changed,and comparing it with the actual primary air volume.It is inferred that when the measurement point of the outlet air and powderflow rate of the coal mill changes,it will have a significant impact on the converted value of the primary air volume at the inlet of the coal mill,and reasonable suggestions are proposed based on this,To prevent abnormal opening of the hot primary air regulating valve due to inaccurate air volume calculation during the operation of the coal mill,which in turn leads to abnormal accidents such as high outlet temperature tripping of the coal mill.A study has been conducted on the recent renovation and optimization methods of the new primary air volume measurement device,which will be beneficial for the safe and stable operation of the unit in the future.
