摘 要:针对压力容器换热设备逐渐大型化,为更好地提高设备传热效率,优化螺旋折流板管束结构,采用六片式螺旋流板代替四片式螺旋折流板。介绍了折流板下料半径、弦长、夹角和定距管的计算方法,既要减少中心三角区漏流,又要保证管束便于支装,经多次试验,总结了折流板切槽定位的计算方法和六片式螺旋折流板的加工工艺及管束组装工艺流程,实现了数字化加工代替传统制造工艺,为国内石油化工行业装置大型化提供了一种新型高效节能换热设备。Because the pressure vessel heat transfer equipment is gradually becoming bigger and bigger,in order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment and optimize the tube bundle structure of the spiral baffle,the six-piece spiral baffle was used instead of the four-piece spiral baffle.The calculation methods of cutting radius,chord length,angle and distance tube of the baffle were introduced,which not only reduce the leakage in the central triangle area,but also ensure that the tube bundle is easy to support and install.After many tests,the calculation method for slot positioning of the baffle,the processing technology of the six-piece spiral baffle and the tube bundle assembly process were summarized,realizing the substitution of traditional manufacturing process with digital machining.Digital machining provides a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving heat exchange equipment for the large-scale installation of domestic petrochemical industry.
