摘 要:为实现回热加热器动态模拟,建立600 MW超临界机组回热加热器动态模型。通过建立超临界机组回热加热器分段动态模型及对模型进行计算,得出回热加热器过热区温度与仿真软件模拟数值完全相同,可靠性较高;当直流锅炉温度增加后,其回热加热器过热区和蒸发区的主蒸汽温度和主蒸汽流量均呈现上升趋势;反之,则呈现波动趋势,但随时间的增加其流量曲线逐渐降低并保持相对平稳。In order to realize the dynamic simulation of regenerative heater,a dynamic model of regenerative heater of 600 MW supercritical unit is established.Through the establishment of the sectionalized dynamic model of the regenerative heater of supercritical unit and the calculation of the model,it is concluded that the temperature of the regenerative heater in the overheat zone is exactly the same as the simulated value of the simulation software,and the reliability is high.When the temperature of the direct current boiler increases,both main steam temperature and main steam flow in the overheat zone and evaporation zone of the regenerative heater show an upward trend.On the contrary,the flow curve shows a fluctuating trend,but with the increase of time,the flow curve gradually decreases and remains relatively stable.
