推拿治疗小儿厌食症的临床研究进展

摘　　要：通过查阅文献梳理了近5年推拿治疗小儿厌食症临床研究进展,分别从推拿疗法、捏脊疗法和综合疗法等方面进行了归纳总结。目前,小儿厌食症的治疗方法众多,但是推拿治疗小儿厌食症疗效确切,尤其是小儿推拿与其它治疗方法相结合的综合治疗方法效果更佳。同时,通过对文章内容的梳理发现还存在小儿推拿手法操作不统一、缺乏大样本实验、穴位现代作用机理不明确等问题。By reviewing the literature,this paper reviews the clinical research progress of recent 5 years about acupoint treatment for children with anorexia,and makes a summary respectively from the aspects of acupoint therapy,chiropractic therapy and comprehensive therapy.At present,there are many methods for treating children with anorexia,but acupoint therapy has exact curative effect,especially the comprehensive treatment method which combines it with other treatment methods has better effects.However,through combing the contents of the articles,it is found that there are still problems such as inconsistent manipulations,lack of large sample experiments and unclear modern mechanism of acupoints.
