中国服务贸易出口效率及其影响因素——来自“一带一路”沿线国家的贸易实践证据

摘　　要：文章构建了随机前沿引力模型和“一步法”的贸易非效率模型,估算了54个“一带一路”沿线国家在2005-2019年间中国服务贸易出口效率以及探究了中国服务贸易出口效率的影响因素。结果表明:在随机前沿模型中,进口国的人口数量、中国与进口国的人均国民生产总值、共同边界和共同语言对中国服务贸易出口效率起促进作用,中国总人口数量和两国间的地理距离对服务贸易出口效率具有抑制作用,地理距离对服务贸易出口效率的作用不显著;在贸易非效率项中,制度距离、进口国城镇化水平、综合贸易成本等因素对中国服务贸易出口效率具有抑制作用,经济距离、中国与进口国的经济自由度和中国直接投资对服务贸易出口效率提升有明显的促进作用。中国对“一带一路”沿线国家服务贸易出口效率偏低,不同地区有较大差距,应进一步提升中国服务业出口竞争力,加强与“一带一路”沿线国家交流。By constructing the stochastic frontier gravity model and the“one-step method”for trade inefficiency model,this paper estimates the export efficiency of China’s service trade in 54 countries along the Belt and Road from 2005 to 2019 and explore the influencing factors of the export efficiency of China’s service trade.The results show that from stochastic frontier model,the contributing factors are population of the importing country,per capita GDP of China and importing country,common border as well as common language,while the inhibiting factors are total population of China and the geographical distance between the two countries.And the geographical distance has no significant effect on the export efficiency of China’s service trade.From the trade inefficiency model,the inhibiting factors for export efficiency of China’s service trade are instiutional distance,urbanization level of importing country,and overall trade cost.And economic distance,economic freedom between China and importing country as well as China’s direct investment have a significant promoting effect on the improvement of service trade export efficiency.China has a relatively low export efficiency in service trade with countries along the Belt and Road,and there are considerable regional disparities.It is necessary to further enhance the export competitiveness of China’s service industry and strengthen exchanges with countries along the Belt and Road.
