配穴法联合TDP灯照射对剖宫产术后腹胀的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察配穴法联合TDP灯(特定电磁波烤灯)照射对剖宫产术后腹胀的效果。方法选取100例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采取配穴法中药贴敷联合TDP灯照射,对照组采取定期翻身及腹部环形按摩。对比两组产妇术后胃肠道功能恢复情况和腹胀发生率。结果观察组产妇的肛门首次排气时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、胃管拔除时间、恢复正常饮食时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇术后腹胀发生率为2.00%,显著低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用TDP灯照射联合配穴法对剖宫产术后产妇进行治疗和护理的临床效果更显著,能有效改善产妇的胃肠道功能,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint prescription combined with TDP lamp(specific electromagnetic wave baking lamp)irradiation on abdominal distension after cesarean section.Methods 100 women with cesarean section were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given acupoint prescription Chinese medicine patch combined with TDP lamp irradiation,the control group was given regular roll over and abdominal circular massage.The recovery of gastrointestinal function and the occurrence of abdominal distension between two groups of postpartum women after surgery were compared.Results The frst anal exhaust time,intestinal peristalsis recovery time,gastric tube removal time,and normal diet recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 14.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of TDP lamp irradiation combined acupoint prescription has better clinical effect on the treatment and nursing of postpartum women after cesarean section,which can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of postpartum women,and is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
