产科失血性休克危急重症患者的救治体会

摘　　要：目的浅析产科失血性休克危急重症患者的救治体会。方法选取32例产科失血性休克危急重症患者(排除脱离者后的实际患者数量),给予患者实时监测、抢救、抗休克、防治脏器功能衰竭等治疗,分析患者救治效果、患者家属抢救效果满意度及比较救治前后患者焦虑评分。结果32例患者经积极救治后均脱离危险,救治成功率为100%;围产儿结局:良好29例,轻度窒息3例,无重度窒息及死胎;产妇结局:子宫全切3例,无死亡病例。32例患者家属抢救总满意度为96.88%。救治后,患者的焦虑评分[(43.29±3.10)分]低于救治前[(56.34±2.91)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科失血性休克危急重症患者经积极救治可降低患者死亡率,促进病情好转,提高患者家属对抢救效果的满意度,改善患者焦虑情绪。Objective To brief analysis of the treatment experience of critical patients with hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics.Methods 32 critically ill patients with obstetric hemorrhagic shock were selected(the actual number of patients after excluding the survivors),and the patients were given real-time monitoring,rescue treatment,anti-shock treatment,prevention and treatment of organ failure,etc.The treatment results of the patients,the satisfaction degree of the rescue effect of the patients'families,and the anxiety scores of the patients before and after treatment were analyzed.Results All 32 patients were out of danger after active treatment,and the success rate of treatment was 100%.Perinatal outcome:29 cases were good,3 cases were mild asphyxia,and no severe asphyxia or stillbirth.Maternal outcome:Total hysterectomy in 3 cases,no death cases.The total satisfaction of 32 patients'family members was 96.88%.After treatment,the anxiety score of patients[(43.29±3.10)points]was lower than that before treatment[(56.34±2.91)pointsl,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive treatment of critical patients with hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics can reduce the death rate,promote the improvement of the condition,improve the satisfaction of the family members of the patients on the rescue results,and improve the anxiety of the patients.
