盆底肌康复锻炼联合集束化护理对宫颈癌术后患者膀胱功能干预效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底肌康复锻炼联合集束化护理对宫颈癌术后患者膀胱功能的干预效果。方法选取60例行宫颈癌根治术患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组行常规护理以及盆底肌康复锻炼,试验组在对照组基础上联合集束化护理。对比两组围术期指标、膀胱功能、生活质量及护理满意度。结果试验组尿管留置时间、首次自主排尿时间、首次进食时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,尿路感染率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的膀胱功能恢复优良率为73.33%,明显高于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者生活质量评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组症状领域评分、单一条目评分均明显低于对照组,功能领域评分、总体健康状况评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为100%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌康复锻炼联合集束化护理对宫颈癌术后患者膀胱功能恢复有积极的影响,且能促进患者术后其他身体功能快速康复,改善生活质量,提升患者护理满意度。Objective To investigate the intervention effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise combined with cluster nursing on bladder function in patients with cervical cancer after surgery.Methods 60 patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise,and the experimental group combined with cluster nursing based on the control group.Perioperative indexes,bladder function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Urinary catheter indentation time,first spontaneous urination time,first feeding time,anal exhaust time and hospital stay of test group were significantly shorter than those of control group,urinary tract infection rate was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<o.05).The rate of bladder function recovery in experimental group was 73.33%,which was significantly higher than that in control group 46.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,symptom field score and single item score of experimental group were significantly lower than control group,functional field score and overall health status score were significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise and cluster nursing has a positive impact on the recovery of bladder function in patients with cervical cancer after surgery,and can promote rapid recovery of other body functions,improve quality of life,and enhance patient
