克霉唑栓联合氟康唑对念珠菌性阴道炎患者性生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究克霉唑栓联合氟康唑对念珠菌性阴道炎患者性生活质量的影响。方法选取104例念珠菌性阴道炎患者,根据治疗方法不同分为单独治疗组和联合治疗组,各52例。单独治疗组采用氟康唑单独治疗,联合治疗组采用克霉唑栓联合氟康唑治疗。比较两组性生活质量、临床症状改善指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组阴道瘙痒、阴道灼烧感、疼痛、白带异常、异常分泌物等临床症状改善时间均短于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的性唤起、性高潮、性渴望、性润滑及性满足评分均高于单独治疗组,性疼痛评分低于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组总有效率(100%)高于单独治疗组(86.54%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组不良反应发生率低于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论念珠菌性阴道炎患者应用克霉唑栓联合氟康唑治疗,可明显改善性生活质量,提升临床疗效,降低不良反应发生,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of trimazole suppository combined with fluconazole on the sexual life quality of patients with coccal vaginitis.Methods 104 patients with callococcal vaginitis were selected and divided into single treatment group and combined treatment group,52 cases each.The single treatment group was treated with fluconazole alone,and the combined treatment group was treated with clotrimazole suppository combined with fluconazole.The sex life quality,clinical symptom improvement index,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as vaginal pruritus,burning sensation,pain,abnormal leucorrhea and abnormal secretion in combined treatment group was shorter than that in single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sexual arousal,orgasm,sexual desire,sexual lubrication and sexual satisfaction in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the single treatment group,and the scores of sexual pain were lower than those in the single treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined treatment group(100%)was higher than that of single treatment group(86.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combined treatment group was lower than that in single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clotrimazole suppository combined with fluconazole can significantly improve the quality of sexual life,enhance clinical efficacy,and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
