摘 要:建筑钢筋生产采用钒氮合金强化工艺,生产中抑制钒氮合金中氮化钒的氧化,对稳定建筑钢筋中氮含量和钢材性能至关重要。文章通过HRB500E钢转炉终点控制与钢中氮含量的相关性分析以及转炉正交试验,分析影响氮化钒氧化主要因素。加强转炉终点控制,严禁钢水过氧化,将转炉终点钢水活度氧控制在700×10^(-6)以下,在转炉出钢后期加入钒氮合金,能有效控制氮化钒的氧化,提高钢种氮含量。The vanadium-nitrogen alloy strengthening process is adopted in the production of reinforcing bars in our factory.It is very important to restrain the oxidation of vanadium nitride in vanadium-nitrogen alloy in the production to stabilize the nitrogen content in the reinforcing bars and the properties of the steel.In this paper,the main factors affecting vanadium nitride oxidation in steel HRB500E are analyzed by means of correlation analysis between final-point control of converter and nitrogen content in steel and orthogonal test of converter.Strengthening the final-point control of BOF,strictly forbidding the peroxide of molten steel,controlling the active oxygen of molten steel below 700×10^(-6),and standardizing the adding system of vanadium-nitrogen alloy,adding vanadium-nitrogen alloy at the late tapping stage of BOF,the oxidation of vanadium nitride can be effectively controlled and the nitrogen content of the steel grade can be increased.
