摘  要:传统熔盐法制备的原位自生TiB_(2)颗粒增强铝基复合材料存在严重TiB_(2)颗粒团聚和夹杂缺陷。本文提出了一种新型氟盐雾化法制备工艺,通过高纯氩气雾化用于制备TiB_(2)的K_(2)TiF_(6)和KBF_(4),再将雾化后的混合氟盐用氩气注入合金液,以促进氟盐与铝合金熔体反应的完整性和充分性,从而显著改善了上述问题。微观组织观察和力学性能测试结果表明:与传统熔盐法制备的5TiB_(2)/Al-4.5Cu(质量分数,%)复合材料相比,氟盐雾化法能够明显细化α-Al晶粒,抑制TiB_(2)颗粒团聚,从而显著提高5TiB_(2)/Al-4.5Cu-0.5Mg复合材料的力学性能,α-Al的平均晶粒尺寸从197.82μm减小到95.67μm,减小了52%,维氏硬度由97 HV0.1增加到145 HV0.1,提高了49.5%,室温抗拉强度由398 MPa提高到481 MPa,提高了21%,尤其是断裂伸长率由2.7%增加为6.5%,提高了143%,证明该法在提高5TiB_(2)/Al-4.5Cu复合材料强度和可靠性的同时,能够大幅改善其韧性。The in-situ TiB_(2)particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites prepared by the traditional molten salt method exhibit severe TiB_(2)particle aggregation and inclusion defects.This article proposes a new villiaumite atomization process,which uses high-purity argon gas to atomize K_(2)TiF_(6)and KBF_(4)to prepare TiB_(2),then used high purity argon gas to transfer the atomized mixed fluoride salt into the molten salt reaction system to promote the completeness and sufficiency of the reaction between the fluorine salt and the aluminum alloy melt,thereby significantly improving the above problems.The microstructure observation and mechanical property testing results show that the villiaumite atomization process can significantly refineα-Al grains,and inhibit the aggregation of TiB_(2)particles,thereby significantly improving the mechanical properties of the 5TiB_(2)/Al-4.5Cu-0.5Mg composites.Compared with the 5TiB_(2)/Al-4.5Cu(mass fraction,%)composites prepared by the traditional molten salt method,the average grain size ofα-Al of the composites prepared by villiaumite atomization process decreases from 197.82μm to 95.67μm,decreases by 52%,the Vickers hardness increases from 97 HV0.1 to 145 HV0.1,increases by 49.5%,the room temperature tensile strength increases from 398 MPa to 481 MPa,increases by 21%,especially the elongation increases from 2.7%to 6.5%,increases by 143%.This indicates that the villiaumite atomization process can significantly improve the strength and reliability of the 5TiB_(2)/Al-4.5Cu composites while also improving their toughness.
