摘  要:以TC11钛合金为研究对象,研究了双级退火工艺和单重普通退火工艺对其微观组织及室温准静态和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:TC11钛合金经过合理的优化双重退火工艺可以得到比普通退火处理较优的室温准静态和动态力学性能。当退火温度高于再结晶温度时,初生α_(p)相含量减少,细小弥散分布的次生αs相增多,可以提高合金的冲击韧性。随着双重退火工艺第一次退火温度的升高,合金的室温强度先降低后升高,伸长率先升高后降低,断面收缩率呈线性升高,在退火温度为970℃时获得最佳的准静态力学性能,强塑积为18.30 GPa%;随着普通退火温度的升高,合金强度先增加后略微降低,在退火温度为950℃时,具有最佳的准静态力学性能,强塑积为17.37 GPa%;在3500 s^(-1)应变速率下,双重退火处理试样在第一次退火温度为950℃时获得较大的平均流变应力和冲击吸收能量,性能显著优于普通退火处理试样。Effect of double annealing process and ordinary single annealing process on microstructure and room temperature quasi-static and dynamic mechanical properties of TC11 titanium alloy was studied.The results show that the TC11 titanium alloy can achieve better room temperature quasi-static and dynamic mechanical properties than ordinary annealing treatment through reasonable optimization of the double annealing process.When the annealing temperature is higher than the recrystallization temperature,the content of primaryα_(p)phase decreases,and the fine dispersed secondaryαs phase increases,which can improve the impact toughness of the alloy.With the increase of the first annealing temperature of the double annealing process,the room temperature strength of the alloy first decreases and then increases,the elongation first increases and then decreases,the cross-sectional shrinkage increases linearly,and the best quasi-static mechanical properties are obtained at the annealing temperature of 970℃,with the product of strength and plasticity of 18.30 GPa%.With the increase of ordinary single annealing temperature,the strength of the alloy first increases and then slightly decreases.When the annealing temperature is 950℃,it has the best quasi-static mechanical properties,with the product of strength and plasticity of 17.37 GPa%.At the strain rate of 3500 s^(-1),the average flow stress and impact absorption energy of the double-annealed sample are higher than those of the ordinary annealed sample when the first annealing temperature is 950℃.
