摘  要:采用真空熔炼方法制备了Cu-0.42Cr、Cu-0.50Cr-0.06Ti和Cu-0.52Cr-0.40Ti合金,并对合金进行了“热轧—固溶—时效”处理。研究了在450、550和650℃下时效不同时间对不同Ti含量的Cu-Cr-Ti合金导电率的影响,并分析了合金在时效过程中析出相的析出动力学。结果表明:Cu-0.42Cr合金导电率在时效2 h后趋于平稳,加入Ti元素后,合金则在时效8 h后导电率趋于平稳,表明析出相在此时已完全析出;Ti元素对合金导电率的影响较大,在450℃时效8 h后,Cu-0.42Cr合金的导电率为97%IACS,而Cu-0.50Cr-0.06Ti和Cu-0.52Cr-0.40Ti合金分别为80.2%IACS和34.1%IACS。根据马基申-富列明格规律和Avrami经验方程计算得到Cu-0.42Cr、Cu-0.50Cr-0.06Ti和Cu-0.52Cr-0.40Ti合金在不同时效温度的析出动力学方程和导电率方程,并通过透射电镜(TEM)统计在完全析出时的析出相体积分数,与通过析出动力学方程计算出的析出相体积分数进行了对比,计算值与统计值相符合。Cu-0.42Cr,Cu-0.50Cr-0.06Ti and Cu-0.52Cr-0.40Ti alloys were prepared using vacuum melting method,and the alloys were subjected to"hot rolling-solution-aging"treatment.The effect of aging time at 450℃,550℃and 650℃on conductivity of the Cu-Cr-Ti alloys with different Ti contents was studied,and the precipitation kinetics of precipitated phases during the aging were analyzed.The results show that the conductivity of the Cu-0.42Cr alloy tends to stabilize after 2 h of aging,and after adding Ti element,the conductivity of the alloys tends to stabilize after 8 h of aging,indicating that the precipitated phase has completely precipitated at this time.The influence of Ti element on the conductivity of the alloys is significant,and after aging at 450℃for 8 h,the conductivity of the Cu-0.42Cr alloy is 97%IACS,while the Cu-0.50Cr-0.06Ti and Cu-0.52Cr-0.40Ti alloys are 80.2%IACS and 34.1%IACS,respectively.The precipitation kinetics equations and conductivity equations of the Cu-0.42Cr,Cu-0.50Cr-0.06Ti and Cu-0.52Cr-0.40Ti alloys at different aging temperatures are obtained based on the Machin-Fullerminger law and the Avrami empirical equation.The volume fraction of precipitates at complete precipitation is calculated using transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and compared with the volume fraction of precipitates calculated using the precipitation kinetics equation.The calculated values are consistent with the statistical values.
