祛风止痛胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨祛风止痛胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年11月至2019年12月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者36例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(19例)和对照组(17例)。对照组患者给予依托考昔口服,观察组患者给予祛风止痛胶囊口服。两组患者均治疗12周。结果治疗后,两组患者的西安大略大学和麦克马斯特大学量表评分均显著降低,组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的心理、精力及情感职能评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),各项指标组间差异不显著(P>0.05);超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素1及肿瘤坏因子-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛评分为(3.66±1.02)分,显著低于对照组的(4.12±0.96)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(5.26%比17.65%,P<0.05)。结论祛风止痛胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎可有效改善患者的血清炎性因子水平和关节疼痛,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qufengzhitong Capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 36 patients with KOA admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group(19 cases)and the control group(17 cases)by using the randomized number table method.Patients in the control group were given etoricoxib orally,and patients in the observation group were given Qufengzhitong Capsules orally.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Results After treatment,the WOMAC scale scores of patients in both groups significantly reduced,and the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the psychological domain,energy and emotional function scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the differences between the groups were not significant(P>0.05);the levels of high-sensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-1,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the pain scores in the observation group were(3.66±1.02)points,which were significantly lower than(4.12±0.96)points in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5.26%vs.17.65%,P<0.05).Conclusion Qufengzhitong Capsules in the treatment of KOA can effectively improve the serum inflammatory factor levels and joint pain of patients,and have good safety.
