摘　　要：目的探讨西沙必利联合腹腔镜手术对直肠癌伴便秘的临床疗效。方法选取医院2021年8月至2022年8月接受腹腔镜手术治疗的直肠癌伴便秘患者100例,采用随机分组方式分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患者均予术前常规检查,对照组患者结合肿瘤位置予开腹手术,观察组患者予腹腔镜手术,术后均予常规心电监护和血氧饱和度监测,观察组患者加服西沙必利片。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者的排气时间、住院天数显著缩短,住院费用、生活质量评分显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组术后并发症发生率有显著差异(4.00%比16.00%,P<0.05)。结论西沙必利联合腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌伴便秘,可有效缩短患者术后排气时间,并减少术后并发症的发生,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cisapride combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of rectal cancer with constipation.Methods A total of 100 patients with rectal cancer with constipation who underwent laparoscopic surgery from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were given routine preoperative examinations,and the patients in the control group were given laparotomy according to the tumor location,while the patients in the observation group were given laparoscopic surgery.The patients in the two groups were given routine postoperative electrocardiographic monitoring and oxygen saturation monitoring,and the patients in the observation group were given additional Cisapride Tablets.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the patients in the observation group had significantly shorter exhaust time and hospitalization days,and significantly higher hospitalization costs and quality of life scores(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group(4.00%vs.16.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Cisapride combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of rectal cancer with constipation can effectively shorten the patients'postoperative exhaust time and reduce postoperative complications and improve the patients'quality of life.
