米诺地尔酊联合非那雄胺治疗男性雄激素性脱发疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨米诺地尔酊联合非那雄胺治疗男性雄激素性脱发(AGA)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的男性AGA患者60例,采用随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者给予非那雄胺片,观察组在对照组基础上给予米诺地尔酊。两组患者均治疗6个月。结果观察组患者总有效率为96.67%,显著低于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组头发生长情况评分为(3.98±1.31)分,显著高于对照组的(2.19±1.24)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的毛发密度和毛发直径均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论米诺地尔酊联合非那雄胺治疗男性AGA效果较好,可显著改善患者的头发生长情况,增加毛发密度和毛发直径,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minoxidil tincture combined with finasteride in the treatment of male androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods Sixty male AGA patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the randomized double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Finasteride Tablets,and the observation group was given minoxidil tincture on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for six months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly lower than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The hair growth score of the observation group was(3.98±1.31)points,which was significantly higher than(2.19±1.24)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hair density and hair diameter in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the patients of the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minoxidil tincture combined with finasteride is effective in the treatment of male AGA,which can significantly improve hair growth,increase hair density and hair diameter,and has good safety.
