摘　　要：目的探讨氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年1月至7月收治的湿疹患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患儿均予糠酸莫米松软膏治疗,观察组患儿加用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏,两组均治疗3个疗程。结果治疗期间未见明显不良反应。两组患儿治疗前后总积分无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组有效率为75.00%,与对照组的67.50%相当(χ^(2)=3.836,P=0.050)。停药2周后观察组复发2例(5.00%),对照组复发8例(20.00%),两组间有显著差异(χ^(2)=5.042,P=0.025)。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹较单用后者临床疗效更优。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of flufenamate butyl ointment combined with mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of infants with eczema.Methods A total of 80 infants with eczema admitted to the hospital from January to July 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with mometasone furoate ointment,on this basis,the observation group was treated with flufenamate butyl ointment.Both groups were treated for three courses of treatment.Results No significant adverse reactions was observed during the treatment period.There was no significant difference in total scores of infants between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was 75.00%,which is equivalent to 67.50%in the control group(χ^(2)=3.836,P=0.050).After stopping the medication for two weeks,there were two relapses(5.00%)in the observation group and eight relapses(20.00%)in the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(χ^(2)=5.042,P=0.025).Conclusion flufenamate butyl ointment combined with mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of infants with eczema is more effective than the latter alone.
