摘  要:目的优化多西他赛的药液配制方法,减少配制过程中泡沫的产生,提高配制效率。方法将多西他赛专用溶剂加入药液后,分别采取手动振摇、上下倒置、振荡器振荡后静置3种方法配制,比较溶解效果,并选出最优配置方法。结果溶剂与药液混合后,振荡器振荡20~60 s后静置5 min,药液与溶剂混合均匀,药液残留量少,配置效率高。结论偏心旋转可使多西他赛溶解彻底,使黏稠的药液能彻底分散,溶解更好,也有效避免了泡沫的形成,提高了用药的准确度。Objective To optimize the preparation method of docetaxel,reduce the production of foam and to improve the preparation efficiency.Methods After adding the special solvent of docetaxel to the drug solution,three methods(standing after manual shaking,stillness after upside down inversion,and stillness after oscillator oscillation)were used to prepare the solution.The dissolution effect was compared and the optimal preparation method was selected.Results After mixing the solvent with the drug solution,the oscillator oscillated for 20-60 s and stand for 5 min.The drug solution was evenly mixed with the solvent,resulting in a low residual amount of drug solution and high preparation efficiency.Conclusion Eccentric rotation can make docetaxel dissolve completely,make the viscous liquid disperse completely and dissolve better,effectively avoid the formation of foam,and improve the accuracy of drug use.
