苏黄止咳胶囊治疗急性咽喉炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊治疗急性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年1月至2022年8月收治的急性咽喉炎患者100例,按计算机随机法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患者均予西药化痰、止咳、抗病毒、抗炎等对症治疗,观察组患者加服苏黄止咳胶囊,每日3次,每次3粒。两组患者均连续治疗7 d。结果观察组总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者发热、咽喉异物感、咽喉黏膜充血、咽喉痛等的消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平均明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(6.00%比4.00%,P>0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊治疗急性咽喉炎,能缩短患者的康复时间,降低炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Suhuangzhike Capsules in the treatment of acute pharyngolaryngitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pharyngolaryngitis admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to computerized randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Western medicines to resolve phlegm,relieve cough,anti-virus,anti-inflammation and other symptomatic treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given Suhuangzhike Capsules,three times per day,three capsules per day.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 d.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,pharyngeal mucosal congestion,sore throat in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and C-reactive protein in the two groups significantly decreased after treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was comparable to that in the control group(6.00%vs.4.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Suhuangzhike Capsules in the treatment of acute pharyngolaryngitis can shorten the recovery time of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
