摘 要:目的探讨言语-认知功能练习联合情景互动训练干预精神发育迟缓患儿的效果。方法选择医院2020年4月至2022年5月收治的精神发育迟缓患儿88例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各44例。两组患儿均接受言语-认知功能练习,研究组患儿在此基础上增加情境互动训练。结果研究组患儿康复有效率为79.55%,显著高于对照组的59.09%(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患儿感觉统合能力各项评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属满意度为90.91%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用言语-认知功能练习联合情景互动训练干预精神发育迟缓患儿可有效改善其感觉统合能力,提升康复有效率,且家属满意度高。Objective To investigate the application effect of speech-cognition function training combined with situational interactive training in the intervention of children with mental retardation.Methods A total of 88 children with mental retardation admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups received speech-cognition function training,on this basis,the children in the study group received situational interaction training.Results The effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was 79.55%,which was significantly higher than 59.09%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of sensory integration ability in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in the study group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of speech-cognition function training combined with situational interactive training in the intervention of children with mental retardation can effectively improve their sensory integration ability,increase rehabilitation effect and family satisfaction.
