摘　　要：目的探讨CICARE沟通模式在长程视频脑电图监测宣教中的应用效果。方法选择医院2022年1月至6月接受长程视频脑电图监测的患者232例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各116例。观察组患者应用CICARE沟通模式,对照组患者应用常规宣教。统计并比较两组患者的长程视频脑电图监测完成率、成功率,以及患者对脑电图宣教的知晓度、护理满意度。结果观察组长程视频脑电图监测完成率为99.14%,对照组为98.28%,无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组监测成功率为94.83%,显著高于对照组的81.03%(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者视频脑电图宣教知晓度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.28%,显著高于对照组的87.93%(P<0.05)。结论在长程视频脑电图监测宣教中应用CICARE沟通模式可提升患者的监测成功率,提高患者对脑电图宣教的知晓度和护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of the CICARE communication mode in propaganda and education of long-range video EEG monitoring.Methods A total of 232 patients given long-range video EEG monitoring in the hospital on January to June 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 116 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were given the CICARE communication mode,while the patients in the control group were given the routine education,which was conducted from January to June 2022.The completion rate and success rate of long-range video EEG monitoring,awareness for EEG propaganda and education and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were calculated and compared.Resuts The completion rate of long-range video EEG monitoring in the observation group was 99.14%,which was similar to 98.28%in the control group(P>0.05).The success rate of monitoring in the observation group was 94.83%,which was significantly higher than 81.03%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the awareness score of video EEG propaganda and education in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98.28%,which was significantly higher than 87.93%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In propaganda and education of long-range video EEG monitoring,the CICARE communication mode can improve the success rate of monitoring for patients,increase their awareness of EEG propaganda and education,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
