摘　　要：目的分析高龄产妇不同妊娠期间的血液学指标变化与妊娠并发症的发生情况。方法选择医院2020年6月至2021年7月收治的50名高龄产妇作为观察组,同期50名适龄产妇作为对照组。结果观察组孕中期、孕晚期总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);孕早、中、晚期观察组空腹血糖(FBG)水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠伴发疾病发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05)。结论加强监测不同妊娠时段高龄产妇血液学指标变化,可降低妊娠并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the hematological indicator changes and the incidence of pregnancy complications in elderly postpartum women during different gestational periods.Methods A total of 50 elderly postpartum women admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 50 age-appropriate postpartum women in the same period were selected as the control group.Results The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)at the second and third trimesters in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of free thyroxine(FT_(4)),free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)at the second and third trimesters in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(FBG)level at the first,second and third trimesters in the observation groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy-associated diseases in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the monitoring of hematological indicators in elderly postpartum women at different gestational periods can reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications.
