基于主动呼吸循环技术的针对性排痰锻炼用于老年肺部感染患者临床评价

摘　　要：目的观察对老年肺部感染患者采用基于主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)的针对性排痰锻炼对其自主咳痰能力及肺功能的影响。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2021年收治的老年肺部感染患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组均接受常规抗感染治疗,对照组接受常规排痰锻炼,观察组接受基于ACBT的针对性排痰锻炼,均干预1个月。结果干预1,7,14 d后,观察组排痰量均显著多于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组肺功能各指标均较对照组显著好转(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ACBT的针对性排痰锻炼用于老年肺部感染患者,不仅能提高疗效,还能改善患者的自主咳痰能力及提升肺功能。Objective To observe the effects of targeted sputum excretion exercise based on active cycle of breathing techniques(ACBT)on the ability to spontaneously expectorate and pulmonary function in elderly patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with pulmonary infection admitted to the Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University in 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the routine anti-infection treatment,the patients in the control group were given the routine sputum excretion exercise,and the patients in the observation group were given the targeted sputum excretion exercise based on ACBT,both groups were intervened for one month.Results After the intervention for 1,7,and 14 days,the sputum output in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,every indicators of lung function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted sputum excretion exercise based on ACBT for elderly patients with pulmonary infection can not only improve the clinical efficacy,but also improve the autonomous sputum excretion ability and enhance lung function of patients.
