查检表用于老年患者肠镜检查前肠道准备效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨查检表在老年患者肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用价值。方法选取医院实施查检表前(2019年1月至5月)后(2019年6月至2020年8月)住院需行电子肠镜检查的老年患者,分别作为对照组(126例)和观察组(189例),对照组予常规的护理管理流程,观察组使用肠道准备查检表进行护理管理。结果观察组总护理满意度为98.41%,显著高于对照组的91.27%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组肠道清洁度及专科护理、健康宣教、护理文书的记录、麻醉药品的管理评分均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论制定查检表并将其用于老年患者肠镜检查前的肠道准备,能显著提高肠道准备清洁度,提升专科护理质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of check sheet on intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in elderly patients.Methods The elderly patients who underwent electronic colonoscopy in the hospital before the implementation of the check sheet(January to May 2019)and after(June 2019 to August 2020)were selected as the control group(126 cases)and the iobservation group(189 cases)respectively.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing management procedures,while the patients in the observation group were given the intestinal preparation check sheet for nursing management.Results The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.41%,which was significantly higher than 91.27%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the intestinal cleanliness,specialized nursing,health education,record keeping of nursing documents,and management scores of anesthetic drugs in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Making the check sheet and applying it in the intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in elderly patients can significantly improve the cleanliness of intestinal preparation,improve the quality of specialized care and satisfaction of patients.
