摘 要:目的分析品质管理用于护理不良事件控制的效果。方法选取医院2020年1月至12月(实施前)、2021年1月至12月(实施后)在岗护理人员532名和680名作为观察对象。实施前、后分别收治患者23350例及24690例。比较护理不良事件发生率和瞒报率、患者护理满意度、不良事件主动上报率。结果与实施前比较,实施后的不良事件发生率显著降低,不良事件瞒报率显著降低,患者满意度显著升高,护理人员主动上报不良事件率显著升高(P<0.05)。结论品质管理用于护理不良事件控制,能够显著提升护理人员应对不良事件的能力,并降低不良事件发生率,可有效提升整体护理质量及患者护理满意度,改善现有医疗环境。Objective To analyze the effect of quality management for controlling nursing adverse events.Methods There were 532 and 680 on-the-job nursing staff in the hospital were selected as observation subjects from January to December 2020(before implementation)and from January to December 2021(after implementation)respectively.There were 23350 patients and 24690 patients before and after implementation,respectively.The incidence and concealment rate of nursing adverse events,nursing satisfaction of patients,and the rate of actively reporting adverse events were compared.Results Compared with those before implementation,the incidence and concealment rate of adverse events significantly decreased,the nursing satisfaction of patients and the rate of actively reporting adverse events significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality management applied in the controlling nursing adverse events can improve the adverse events responding ability of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the overall quality of care effectively,patients'satisfaction,and improve the existing medical environment.
