生理海水冲洗用于鼻内镜术后鼻腔护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜术后患者鼻腔护理时以生理海水冲洗的效果。方法选取医院2021年至2022年收治行鼻内镜手术患者86例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例。两组患者均在全身麻醉下行鼻内镜手术,术后第6天起实施鼻腔冲洗护理。对照组予生理盐水冲洗,观察组实予生理海水冲洗,比较两组(鼻塞、鼻涕、头痛、嗅觉减退症状)视觉模拟(VAS)评分、鼻腔黏膜纤毛运动速率(MTR)及冲洗效果。结果观察组各症状VAS评分均明显低于对照组,术后30 d鼻腔黏膜MTR明显快于对照组,冲洗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生理海水冲洗用于鼻内镜术后鼻腔护理,可提升术后护理效果,加快症状消除,减轻不适,提升鼻部功能。Objective To observe the effect of physiological seawater irrigation during nasal cavity nursing on patients after nasal endoscopy.Methods A total of 86 patients underwent nasal endoscopy admitted to the hospital from 2021 to 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were given nasal endoscopy under general anesthesia and nasal irrigation nursing starting from the sixth day after surgery,on this basis,the patients in the control group were given normal saline to irrigate the nasal cavity,the patients in the observation group were given physiological seawater to irrigate the nasal cavity.The visual analogue(VAS)scores of nasal congestion,nasal mucus,headache and hypoesthesia,movement rate(MTR)of nasal mucosa cilia and the irrigation effect were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of each symptom in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The MTR of nasal mucosa cilia after 30 days after surgery in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group,the total effective rate of irrigation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Physiological seawater irrigation on nasal cavity nursing applied in patients after nasal endoscopy can improve the effect of nursing after surgery,accelerate the symptom elimination,reduce discomfort and improve the nasal function.
